MRI results

It's official -- the MRI results came back and yes, there are signs of a brain in there somewhere, a wholly intact one without tumors. Yay. I still have the weird dizziness, but a little less of the stuffy-cotton-headed-cloudy-thinking feeling, so there's improvement. And again, yay. I suspect that by the time I have to go to the follow-up next Tuesday, I'll be fine. (Ironically, I just noticed that in spite of teh fact that they gave me very specific instructions on how much of this prednisone to take each day -- 4 in the morning for the first four days, three in the morning for the next four days, then two for four, then one for four... they didn't give me enough tablets to actually do so. I'm short about six tablets. Oops.)

Well thank goodness your brain is clean.

Must be an inner ear problem?

Our neighbor had vertigo/fainting problems and it was inner ear/allergy related. All those canals and passages - just too much going on in there.

Thanks... but (cracking up)... only if they let me run the Oval Office in my Pjs. (The one benefit to having an office in the house.)

My mother had an MRI because she is experiencing blurred vision. Now she got a call from her DR saying to see htem on Monday to discuss the results. Like she doesn't have enough stress already, now she has to worry all weekend about results. Can anyone help with some calming answers!! She is freaking herself out about brain issues, heart issues. I told her not to worry it is probably nothing. I hope I am right!
